Durham Women’s Professional Game Academy U16 team celebrated more success this weekend – as they were crowned league champions.
Callum Croft’s side have enjoyed a fantastic season to date and victory on Saturday saw them seal the title in the JPL Warriors League – Premier Red.
The Young Blues secured top spot with four games still to play, and so far have a 100 per cent record in league fixtures having played 14 and won 14.
It’s the latest success for the team after they recently reached the final of the PGA Cup.
