Durham Women FC – Supporter Engagement Policy

1. Durham Women Football Club are committed to regular dialogue and communication with their supporter base.
2. Durham Women Football Club will hold a minimum of one annual Fans Forum containing senior club officials, for which members of the club’s Official Supporters Club will be invited.
3. Durham Women FC will make a member of staff available for supporter and community liaison and queries. That member of staff shall be Mark Donnelly, who can be contacted on mark.donnelly@durhamwfc.co.uk.
4. Durham Women FC will offer fans the chance to provide feedback after each home fixture to ensure the standard of Match Day Experience remains high. This will be via an online questionnaire which will be emailed to supporters and available via social media channels.
