Durham Women can confirm that internal changes have been made within the first-team coaching structure.
Following a two-year spell as Head Coach with the first team, Adam Furness will take on a new role within the club.
Former Sheffield United Women and Liverpool FC Women head coach Neil Redfearn will lead the side for the remainder of the season
Neil will be supported by the club’s coaching, medical and performance staff over the final six games of the campaign.
