Durham Women continue their Subway Women’s League Cup campaign with the visit of Liverpool on Thursday 12th October.
Having reached the quarter finals of last season’s competition, the Blues will once again be looking to mount a successful cup run.
Having already gaining a point against Sheffield United, Durham have another two games left in Group B against Liverpool and Sunderland.

Ahead of the game, we’ve put together some FAQs to make your visit as enjoyable as possible:
When and where is Durham v Liverpool taking place?
Durham v Liverpool will take place on Thursday, October 12 with a 7:00pm kick-off.
The match will be held at Maiden Castle, DH1 3SE.
Can I still get a ticket for Durham v Liverpool?
Yes! Tickets for this game remain available and can be secured in two ways:
- Online – CLICK HERE to get your tickets via our online ticketing site, speeding-up your entry on the day!
- On The Day – Simply pay by card upon arrival at the ground

Is there somewhere for me to park at Maiden Castle?
Parking will be available for free in two car parks.
Car Park 1 is situated at Maiden Castle and is just steps from the entrance to the ground.
Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If Car Park 1 is full, supporters will be asked to park in Car Park 2 – which is approximately 15 minutes walk away from the ground.
This is indicated on the map below:
We would therefore advise all spectators to arrive in plenty of time to ensure that they arrive at the ground in time for kick-off, should they have to walk from Car Park 2.
We would ask fans to walk or utilise public transport where possible.
What time should I arrive for Durham v Liverpool?
Supporters will be able to enter Maiden Castle from 5:30pm, which is when the turnstiles will open.
But if you want to head to the ground earlier, Cafe Nero inside the main building is open throughout the day with our Club Shop opening at 5pm.
Can I bring a bag into the ground?
We do permit bags into the ground, but request that supporters endeavour to bring backs that are A4-sized or smaller wherever possible.
Fans should also note that random bag searches will be in operation at the turnstile, so if you are bringing a bag please arrive in sufficient time in case you are selected for a search.
Will I be able to get a seat in the ground?
Seating at Maiden Castle is available on a first come, first served basis. We would therefore recommend that any fan wishing to secure a seat arrive for the turnstiles opening.
We would also ask all supporters to not sit in any seats marked as reserved.
Please note that fans cannot reserve seats by placing coats etc. over them.
There are a number of areas available for supporters wishing to stand, offering a great view of the action.

What refreshments will be available?
Fat Frank’s Street Food Trucks will be providing food and drinks at the game. Hot and cold options will be available, with cash and card accepted. The catering unit will be situated next to the turnstiles immediately as you enter the ground.
The Club Room Bar and Cafe Nero will also be open from 5pm, with the entrance just before the turnstile outside the ground. The bar houses our Club Shop and offers a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There are also a range of vegetarian and vegan options, as well as gluten-free choices available here.
What merchandise will be available?
A wide range of merchandise will be available – including some new lines for the new season! Keep your eyes peeled on our website for more!
You can purchase merchandise in our Club Shop, which will be situated in the Club Room Bar.

You can collect your match day programme from the turnstile on arrival!
Can I meet the players?
Of course!
Durham Women’s squad will be available for autographs, photographs and a chat after the game.
Just head to the front of the main stand once the final whistle has been blown!
