The season is drawing to a close – and there’s just one big game left at Maiden Castle!
Durham take on Bristol City on the final day of the Barclays Women’s Championship campaign on Sunday, May 4 (2pm kick-off).
With the Blues and Bristol both targeting a strong finish, there’s plenty to play for in this one and tickets are selling very quickly.

THE RACE FOR THIRD IS ON!
It’s been one of the tightest seasons in Barclays Women’s Championship history, and there’s still plenty to play for on the last day.
Both Durham and Bristol City are still in the race for third place, but are just two of four teams who could still secure a top three finish.
Should the Blues finish third, it will represent the club’s best league finish since 2021!
There’s sure to be plenty of twists, turns and drama during the final 90 minutes of the season as we battle it out for third spot.

This is our last game of the 2024/25 campaign, meaning it will be your last chance to see Durham and meet our players for a number of months!

MAKE IT A FORTRESS
Your support has helped us make Maiden Castle a fortress this season.
We’ve played nine league games at our home ground and have won seven of them, scoring 21 goals in the process.
A win on Sunday would see us end the season with the best home record in the Barclays Women’s Championship – so give it your all for one more afternoon and get behind us, Blue Army!
CELEBRATE THE NEXT GENERATION
It’s been another incredible year for the women’s game as a whole in our region, and we want to celebrate the triumphs of the next generation at our game!
We’ve invited clubs, teams and schools from across the region for a half-time parade and we’ll be shouting about their achievements ahead of and during the game – including those of our own Pathway.
The future is certainly bright!

Always a highlight of our match days is the player meet and greet post-match.
And that’s going to continue at this game, with our squad heading over to meet supporters in front of the Main Stand once they’ve completed their post-match team talk.
So get yourself down and bring your autograph book!
A sell-out crowd is expected for this clash with hundreds of tickets already snapped-up.
