Durham v Portsmouth fixture dedicated to The PFC Trust

Durham Women FC will be dedicating their upcoming fixture with Portsmouth to The PFC Trust.

The local charity will be at the front and centre of the match day experience in what is set to be a big game against Portsmouth on Sunday, March 30.

The PFC Trust, who are based in Hartlepool, focus all the fantastic work they do in having a positive impact on people’s lives across the North-East.

Although The PFC Trust was founded by Patrick and Frances Connolly to support and enrich the lives of all sections of the community where they lived for 25 years, the Trust is actually the work of a group of likeminded and dedicated people whose purpose is to help community groups achieve their goals, fulfil their ambitions and reach their potential.

The aim of the Trust is to support, and help become sustainable, projects within the community which are already delivering services which enhance the life experiences of their service users.

And you can help them in doing that by getting involved with our dedicated fixture.

Volunteers from the charity will be on-hand with collection buckets, so please bring some spare change and donate to this worthy cause.

You’ll also see the charity presence across the match day: in our match day programme, on signage, and as part of our pre-match tournament The PFC Trust Cup. Keep your eyes peeled for more on that!

If you can’t make it to the game, you can support the PFC Trust by texting PFCGIVE and a donation amount (e.g. PFCGIVE 5 to donate £5) to 70085.
