We caught up with Eleanor Ryan-Doyle ahead of Sunday’s Women’s League Cup fixture with Sheffield United.
It is the Blues’ second game of the group stage and the first at Maiden Castle.
The Irish forward gave her thoughts going into the second clash with the Blades…
Ryan-Doyle on the mood in the camp…
“It is a good atmosphere at the moment.
“I think we’re in good form and we need to push on in the cup as well as the league.’
Ryan-Doyle on Sheffield United…
“They came here for the first game and they have really improved since then.
“It will be a tough challenge for us but we will look to play to our best standards.”
Ryan-Doyle on the Women’s League Cup…
“Every match we go into is important to us.
“Whether it is league or cup, we want to win and prove to the competition that we’re contenders.”
Ryan-Doyle on our form in November so far…
“Yeah, really nice.
“I think that it would drive us into December and into a lot of other games, so we need to continue our good run and get a good result on Sunday.”
Ryan-Doyle’s message to supporters…
“Come support us.
“I know it’s going to be a cold one but we love having you here and your support means everything to us.”
