We sat down with Tatiana Saunders ahead of Sunday’s clash with London City Lionesses.
Here’s what she had to say…
On the visit of London City…
“We are really excited.
“We are level with them for points in the league, so we know that it’s going to be a good game.
“They have a lot of talented players, but we will be back at home and we are ready for an exciting match.”
On being back in front of the fans…
“Yeah, it feels like it has been a while but we are really excited to be back in front of our fans and back at home.
“That will add to the excitement for us for sure.”
On what the fans can bring…
“Our fans are terrific!
“Even at away games, like the two games we just had, they always bring the noise and they always make us feel like we’re at home.
“It’ll be great to be back in front of them.”
Unbeaten so far in November, how are the team looking to build upon this?
“We take the positives from each game but we drive our standards and we know how good we are and what we are capable of.
“It is just about improving and gaining that extra 10% every day.”
