Durham Women face Liverpool Feds at Frenchfields Stadium in Penrith on Sunday, August 11.
It’s our first game in front of supporters this pre-season as we continue our preparations for the new Barclays Women’s Championship campaign.
A strong crowd is expected as we bring professional women’s football back to Cumbria for the first time since 2018.
And ahead of the game, we’ve put together some FAQs to make your visit as enjoyable as possible:
When and where is Durham v Liverpool Feds taking place?
Durham v Liverpool Feds will take place on Sunday, August 11 with a 1:00pm kick-off.
The match will be held at Frenchfields Stadium, Penrith, CA11 8UA
Can I still get a ticket for Durham v Liverpool Feds?
Yes! Tickets for this game remain available and can be secured in two ways:
- Online – CLICK HERE to get your tickets via our online ticketing site, which will allow you to purchase at a discounted rate!
- On The Day – Simply pay upon arrival at the ground. Prices will increase to £8/£3 and card payment is strongly preferred.
Please note that this game is not included for 2024/25 Season Ticket Holders.
Is there somewhere for me to park?
Parking will be available for free in the car park situated immediately outside Frenchfields Stadium.
Spaces in this car park are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Penrith train station is an approximately 40 minute walk from the stadium.
What time should I arrive?
Supporters will be able to enter Frenchfields Stadium from 12:00pm (Noon), which is when the turnstiles will open.
Will I be able to get a seat in the ground?
Seating at Frenchfields Stadium is available on a first come, first served basis. We would therefore recommend that any fan wishing to secure a seat arrive for the turnstiles opening.
We would also ask all supporters to not sit in any seats marked as reserved.
There are a number of areas available for supporters wishing to stand, offering a great view of the action.
What refreshments will be available?
Penrith AFC will be opening their Catering Hut and bar for this fixture.
The catering hut is situated by the main stand, while the bar is accessed at the back of the main stand.
Is there a match day programme?
There will be no Match Day Programme produced for this game – but they will return for our opening Barclays Women’s Championship fixture!
Can I meet the players?
Of course!

Durham Women’s squad will be available for autographs, photographs and a chat after the game.
Just head to the front of the main stand once the final whistle has been blown!
