Durham Women FC are disappointed to confirm that our appeal against Dee Bradley’s red card at Reading has been dismissed.
An Independent Regulatory Commission met this week and determined that this was not a case of Wrongful Dismissal and Clearly Excessive punishment.
The club submitted what it felt was a strong case backed by a good amount of evidence in a bid to overturn the red card.
However, as this was dismissed, the player will now serve a three-game suspension.
