When & where Durham Women’s international players are in action

Three Durham Women players have headed off on international duty this week.

Here’s when and where they’ll be playing over the next fortnight:

Saoirse Noonan (Republic of Ireland)

Noonan has teamed-up with the Ireland squad under the guidance of Interim Head Coach, Eileen Gleeson, for their opening UEFA Nations League fixtures.

The Greens will host Northern Ireland in front of a bumper crowd at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, September 23 (1pm kick-off), before then facing Hungary away on Tuesday, September 26 (6:30pm kick-off).

Poppy Pritchard (England Under 19s)

The young striker has been called-up to Amy Merricks’ under-19 squad for the first time, as the Young Lionesses take on a double header of fixtures at St George’s Park.

First up is Denmark on Wednesday, September 20 (1pm kick-off) before Germany visit the training complex on Tuesday, September 26 (11am kick-off).

Sarah Robson (Northern Ireland)

In their first camp under new Head Coach, Tanya Oxtoby, Northern Ireland face two key UEFA Nations League games.

First up is the Republic of Ireland on Saturday, September 23 (1pm kick-off), with Albania then visiting on Tuesday, September 26 (7pm kick-off) – in a game which could see Robson earn her 100th cap for her country.
