Durham Women’s trip to Peterborough United in the Vitality Women’s FA Cup has been postponed.
A pitch inspection this morning and a subsequent inspection this afternoon ruled that the Abbey Lawn pitch was frozen and, with temperatures set to remain low throughout the night and into tomorrow, an early decision was made to avoid unnecessary travel.
Details of the rearranged fixture will be announced in due course.
