NEWS: Borthwick Scoops Golden Glove

Durham Women goalkeeper Megan Borthwick has jointly claimed the FA Women’s Championship Golden Glove for the 2020/21 season.

Borthwick has enjoyed a fine season for the Wildcats and started every one of our league games during a record-breaking campaign.

And the stopper has now been handed the FA Women’s Championship Golden Glove after a season which saw her keep ten league sheets while conceding just 15 times.

The award will be shared with Sheffield United’s Fran Kitching and Leicester City goalkeeper Kirstie Levell.

Congratulations, Meg!
