Durham Women FC are delighted to confirm the signing of versatile defender Dee Bradley.
Bradley, who can also play in midfield, joins the Wildcats having impressed during several weeks of training with the side.
The American has put pen to paper after a spell with Old Dominion University in her homeland, where she played alongside Kathryn Hill and Iris Achterhof, and will combine playing with the club with studying for a Masters Degree at Durham University.
And speaking after seeing her switch to the club confirmed, Bradley expressed her excitement at getting a chance to compete in the FA Women’s Championship.
“It feels amazing to be here,” she said.
“I’m excited and I’ve learnt so much from the girls already. All I wanted was a chance, and I have to thank Lee for giving me that.”
Bradley has received all relevant clearance and is available for selection for Sunday’s FA Women’s Championship game at Lewes.
