Nicki Gears insists that back-to-back defeats haven’t dented the confidence of Durham Women – as they prepare to travel to Coventry United.
“It’s always going to be a good test against any team in this league,” she said.
“It’ll be a good game, but after last week’s defeat we’ve got to come in there strong and hopefully get a win.
“We were all very disappointed with last weekend’s result, but there’s a lot of confidence around because we played well.
“This time we just need to finish our chances.”
