Durham Women’s focus turns to the Continental Cup as they welcome Sheffield United to New Ferens Park.
The clash looks set to be another stern test for the Wildcats, and could have a big bearing on who progresses into the knockout stages from Group A.
And ahead of the game, here’s everything you need to know – from tickets to travel and more:
New to the league last season, the Blades have quickly assembled a squad more than capable of securing promotion – with Carla Ward having brought in a host of talent.
Katie Wilkinson, Veatriki Sarri, Olivia Fergusson and Jade Pennock provide a real attacking edge, while the returning Kasia Lipka offers quality in the middle of the park.
At the back, Leandra Little and Naomi Hartley offer a firm defensive base.
It’s no surprise to see Sheffield in promotion contention.
