Durham Women return to action this weekend as they welcome London Bees in the FA Women’s Championship.
The clash looks set to be another stern test for the Wildcats, with the Bees having enjoyed a fine start to the season.
And ahead of the game, here’s everything you need to know – from tickets to travel and more:
The Bees have gone through a host of changes since they entered the league in 2014 – and are now being led by former Millwall and Yeovil manager Lee Burch.
And Burch has built a solid squad at The Hive, with ex-Millwall pair Megan Alexander and Bonnie Horwood impressing since their summer arrivals.
Up front, Lauren Pickett has netted four times in the league already and will be a real threat.
Bees currently sit 5th in the Championship having lost just twice thus far.
WE’VE MET BEFORE
We’ve met the Bees regularly since we joined the second tier in 2014 – and both our meetings last season ended in 1-0 wins for the Wildcats.
Indeed, our biggest-ever win came against London Bees in 2016 as we won 9-0 in the FA Cup.
Skipper Sarah Wilson said: “Bees have made a very good start to their campaign and we know that they’re going to be organised and driven.
” It’s a side we have always had a really good battle with and we are expecting a tough test.
“We have to make sure that we stay focused on the task at hand and focus on our own game.”
The match will be played at New Ferens Park (DH1 1GG)
Kick-off is at midday on Sunday 17th November, with the turnstiles open from 11am.
