The Wildcats registered their second win of the season with a 2-0 victory over London Bees.
Strikes from Jordan Atkinson and Beth Hepple either side of half-time handed Durham a well-deserved victory in windy conditions.
It was a bright start from the hosts, who seemed keen to continue their good start to the season.
They had a golden chance within a minute, when Hepple’s fine through-ball found Nicki Gears, who shot under Bees stopper Sophie Harris only to see her effort strike the post.
After a lively start the game subdued a little, with the Bees looking to find a way through a stubborn home defence as Helen Alderson had to be alert to save efforts from Nikki Watts and Jo Wilson.
The hosts were still having the better chances, however, with Atkinson’s cross nodded down to Hepple who fired over from the edge of the box.
Another chance presented itself moments later as Pereira’s cross was flicked towards goal by Gears, with Harris doing well to save with her feet.
Durham eventually found a breakthrough on 36 minutes when Gears managed to knock the ball on to Atkinson who finished well over Harris for her second of the week.
And chances continued to flow for the hosts, with Harris saving well shortly after the break when Sarah McFadden was fed into the area.
London Bees still posed a threat though, with Alderson catching an acrobatic effort from Emma Beckett just after the hour mark as the visitors pushed forward.
But the game was put out of their reach on 73 minutes, with a poor kick from Harris gifting Hepple possession and the midfielder took full advantage, firing home from 30 yards.
An interesting ending could have been in store had Wilson converted only six minutes later, as she slotted wide after being teed up by Merrick Will.
The Wildcats saw out the final few minutes to ensure their 100% league record remained intact.
