Job title: Durham Women Football Club Goalkeeper Coach

Reports to: Head of Football

Hours of work: 35 hours per week, across seven days to meet the needs of the business

Contractual status: 24 months, fixed term

Remuneration: Dependent on experience/qualification

Durham Women are seeking a First Team Goalkeeping Coach to prepare and develop the first team squad’s goalkeepers to enable them to perform to a high standard in the Barclays Women’s Championship with the ultimate goal of gaining promotion to the Barclays Women’s Super League, maintaining BWSL status and then achieving improved league position each season. 

The Goalkeeping Coach will support the Head of Football to develop and deliver the elite level playing programme that meets the needs of the football club, its philosophy, for its players and staff.

The Goalkeeping Coach will support the Head Of Football and Head Coach with decision making leading up to and including game days, including (but not limited to) the First team squad and Professional Game Academy squads.
