Durham Women midfielder Megan Bell was keen to praise a collective effort in the 3-1 win over London Bees.
“We knew before we started the game that this was going to be a tough game,” she said.
“Lee has been pumping into us that the next game is the toughest game you’re going to play all season, so we were ready and we knew it was going to be a fight.
“We’re delighted with the three points and a great performance.
“I’m happy with how I played, but it’s all about the team today and three points.”
